At Wicked Moto LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases. Please review our return policy below:

1. All Sales Final:

  • Unless a product is defective, all sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than product defects.
  • All Electric Bike Sales are final and are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order during delivery, there will be a $800 Cancelation fee associated to the cancelation. 

2. Defective Products:

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately.
  • We will work with you to address the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Wicked Moto LLC holds the right to decide the best resolution for the situation. 

3. Return Authorization:

  • All returns of defective products must be authorized by Wicked Moto LLC before being shipped back to us.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.

4. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for defective products.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for return shipments.

5. Inspection and Processing:

  • Upon receipt of the returned defective item, we will inspect it to verify the defect.
  • Refunds or replacements for defective products will be processed promptly after the inspection is completed.
